PLEASE READ IN FULL BEFORE PLACING ORDER

By placing an order on our website, you are agreeing to our policies & terms. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Please make sure you review all of your order details and contact us immediately if you notice any discrepancies. We are not responsible for any wrong selections made when ordering (such as item, color or size).

Product Images
We try our best to accurately portray the true color and design of our products. A kindly reminder that every monitor/mobile device has a different capability to display colors. APPAREL AND DRINKWARE IMAGES ARE MOCKUPS. Please note that handmade items can sometimes have small or slight imperfections, that just makes your item more unique! 

Apparel Care Instructions
Crewneck sweaters and tees should be washed inside out with cold water. Air dry or tumble dry on low inside out. 

Drinkware Instructions
All drinkware should be hand washed only. Do NOT soak, freeze, microwave or put in dishwasher. 

Order Processing
Most orders process and ship within 3-5 business days. but please keep in mind that processing time could take up to 8 business days, as most items are custom made to order. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped. If you select local pickup, you will receive an email with the pickup details once your order is ready, as well as a text message. 

Damages and Issues 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if anything is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Please note that once your order has shipped, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen items during transit. You will need to contact your local USPS and file a claim directly with them. You can work directly with the carrier to locate a lost package. If your package is returned due to an address related issue, you will be refunded for the order minus shipping costs.

Return Policy
We do not accept any returns or exchanges at this time. If you feel that a return is necessary, you can submit a request. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and/or unused and in its original packaging. 

To submit a return request, please send us a message via the "Contact Us” option, including the order details and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted. You are responsible for return shipping costs. 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded in STORE CREDIT.
